With the ARNE NLS Advisor, launched in 2022, that challenge is addressed through smart, real-time decision support. The solution from ARNE Health uses an algorithm that anticipates next steps based on the newborn’s vital parameters and presents them directly to the doctor. Advice and actions are also verbalized, strengthening communication within the medical team during high-pressure situations.
Sioux contributed on the UX side by aligning end users, the customer, and the development team to define what truly needed to be built. We then designed and implemented a user interface tailored to the reality of emergency care: fast-paced, complex, and unforgiving.
The hardware setup was designed with usability in mind. An all-in-one PC integrates easily with surrounding instruments, is simple to mount, and can be moved between rooms when needed.
